My name is Aaron
Jansen. I’m a writer who lives in rural Minnesota. I say I am a
writer, although I haven’t really published anything yet, because I
honestly do write a lot. Beginning this fall, I will be pursing an
MFA in Creative Writing at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. I have
lived in Vietnam, Japan, and the Philippines. My interests include
literature, theater, music, and film.
I started this blog to record my thoughts on the various things I read. I try to read widely and continually. I may write from time to time about movies or music or even about writing itself.
